LeaseBinder is kept by one editor, and every message sent here is read. Landlords catch things we miss: a state changes its deposit rules, a court reads a notice period differently, a calculator meets a lease it was not built for. If you have found one of those, or have a question the guides do not answer, write it below.

• A figure that has gone stale

  A deposit cap, a return deadline or a notice period on one of our pages that no longer matches your state's statute, or what you were told at the courthouse.
