The calculators, checklists and letter templates are yours to use for your own properties, free, including commercially. You may not resell them as a product or republish them as your own. They come with no warranty of fitness for a particular property or jurisdiction.
Accuracy and dates
Figures, statutes and vendor prices on this site carry the date they were checked. Rules change. Where a page states a number, treat the date beside it as part of the claim, and verify anything you are about to rely on in a filing.
